Key Duties You Should Be On Top Of
– All Multi-Occupied Residential Buildings
You must provide residents with relevant fire safety instructions and information on the importance of fire doors, including how to report a fire and what to do if a fire occurs.
– Buildings with Storeys Over 11 Metres
You must ensure fire doors are being checked, including:
- Quarterly checks of fire doors in common parts
- Annual checks of flat entrance doors that open onto common parts
